American Packraft Association Eastern Roundup
Sept 4-7th
For the first time, the APA will be holding a Regional Roundup in Maine! Keep an eye out for registration info on their website. We will be camping at the Big Eddy Campsite near Millinocket (included in the registration cost). Plus, there will be daily trips to near by rivers including, the Lower West Branch of the Penobscot, Seboomook section of the Penobscot, South Branch of the Penobscot and more!
Packraft Maine
A new way to explore Maine’s waters and woods.
Packrafts are lightweight inflatable boats that roll up to a small packable size. Packrafts can easily be packed in a backpack or on a bicycle, allowing us to offer lower impact paddling trips.

We have a full fleet of packrafts and all the necessary paddling equipment needed to try out packrafting for the first time.
Already have your own?
Great we can create more advanced trips to match your skill and experience.
We have two styles of trips:
Custom
Come alone or with a group of your friends.
We will work together to pick dates and a trip plan that works for you.

Workshops
Join a group of likeminded people on a preplanned skills workshop.
Adventuring together in the outdoors takes trust.

Bikerafting Skills
A one day workshop combining bicycle riding and packraft paddling. This workshop is designed to give you the basic skills to begin bikerafting: loading boats on your bike, attaching your bike to the raft, route planning and safety considerations.

Whitewater Packrafting
An introduction to the skills needed to paddle whitewater in a packraft. This course is designed for beginner to intermediate whitewater paddlers. We will practice: catching eddies, peeling out, S and C turns, ferries, surfing, paddling hydraulics, and more.
